3階建てで階段が多く、また吹き抜け等もあり、危険がありますので、当ヴィラでは小学生以上の方のご利用とさせていただいております。

●アクセス、車道の幅の狭さについて
周りの道が狭く、道幅が狭いところで、2mほどしかありません。横幅の大きい車でいらっしゃる場合は通れないかもしれません。その場合は、近隣の駐車場をご利用ください。
● 適正人数と部屋割りについて
こちらのヴィラでは最大6名までご利用可能ですが、適度な人数は4名程度となっています。(添い寝のお子様がいらっしゃる分には問題ありません。)
5〜6名でご利用の場合、洋室の2つのベッド、和室の2つの布団、に加えまして、以下いずれかにてご利用いただくことになります。

【Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation】
● Children Prohibited / Stairs
This three-story villa has numerous stairs and features such as open-ceiling areas, posing potential hazards. Therefore, we restrict stays to guests aged 12 and older.
Please also note that this building may present challenges for elderly guests or those with physical disabilities.
● Access and Narrow Driveway
The surrounding roads are narrow, with some sections only about 2 meters wide. Vehicles with significant width may not be able to pass. In such cases, please use nearby parking facilities.
● Appropriate Occupancy and Room Arrangements
This villa accommodates up to 6 guests, though 4 is the ideal number. (Sharing beds with children is acceptable.)
For 5-6 guests, in addition to the two beds in the Western-style room and two futons in the Japanese-style room, you will need to use one of the following options:

As the property is located in a quiet residential area, we kindly ask for your consideration of the surrounding environment.
Use for party purposes is strictly prohibited.
Specifically, please refrain from dining, loud conversations, or playing loud music outdoors, on the rooftop, or on the terrace between ★10 PM and 7 AM.
Inside the property, please also avoid loud music and loud conversations.
Should neighbors report noise to the police, a separate handling fee of ¥30,000 will be charged.
● Regarding Number of Guests
Entry to the property by non-registered guests is strictly prohibited. If you wish to accommodate additional guests, please consult us in advance.
If occupancy exceeds the reserved number of guests, immediate eviction will be enforced. No refunds will be issued for lodging fees. Additionally, a separate handling fee and violation charge of ¥30,000 will be levied.

This villa offers panoramic views of Mount Fuji and the sea. Weather permitting, you may enjoy a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace tomorrow morning.
We recommend bringing tea or coffee from the 3F kitchen, and using the yoga mats and chairs provided near the roof terrace entrance to relax and enjoy your morning.

Seasonings are in the drawers opposite the kitchen (by the trash bin), and dishes are in the cabinet by the stairs.

The Western-style room has two beds, and the Japanese-style room can accommodate up to three futons.

One futon may also be laid out in the library.
The library offers books and card games. Enjoy a pleasant evening.
